You are more than welcome to quote us as long as the quote is accurate and you cite us appropriately.

Limitation of Liability
The information appearing on the Be Spunki website is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Be Spunki product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Be Spunki reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Be Spunki reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Be Spunki shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Be Spunki without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Limitation of Liability, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Be Spunki may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Be Spunki.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Be Spunki products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in New South Wales, Australia. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Be Spunki products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Be Spunki's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Be Spunki may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Be Spunki or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Be Spunki, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Returns Policy - Other Be Spunki Products (excluding REBOOT)

Any unused product(s) may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please note, returned product(s) MUST be in original condition, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), returned product(s) damaged in transit (so please pack your returned goods properly), or product(s) received more than 7 days after delivery date. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To begin the process of returning product(s) please email shaun@bespunki.com with the reason why you would like to return the product(s) and we will provide you with a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER and the next steps. Please do not send product(s) back to our warehouse without a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER.

Returns Policy - Be Spunki REBOOT
We're so confident in REBOOT that we provide a 30 day guarantee. If you're unhappy with REBOOT contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll sort you out. Providing you pay for the product to be returned to us, we'll exchange it for another of equal value, or if applicable as per below, offer a full refund.

What can I return? If you have purchased REBOOT and have not opened it, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund. You'll need to cover the costs of return postage.

What happens if I've opened it? If you have opened REBOOT, tried the product and do not like it, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Providing you've only used a couple of servings (i.e. 10 capsules / one blister strip). If you have used more than a couple of servings (i.e. more than 10 capsules / one blister strip), we'll pro rata what you return and give you a credit on your account equivalent to the pro rata value paid. You'll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

Our 30 day exchange guarantee covers the REBOOT product only. To save you the hassle and expense of returning items because you don't like the taste, we provide sample packs and single-servings for RECOVER, to let you try it out before you splash out on a big bag.

How do I return an item? Please email shaun@bespunki.com with your Order ID and details of the product(s) and reason(s) for return. We will provide you with an returns number called an RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER and the next steps. Please do not send product(s) back to our warehouse without a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER.

Who pays for the return? Unless you're returning a product because of an error on our part, all postage costs for returning product(s) are to be paid for by you. We advise that you please use a tracked service when returning the item to us. Please ensure that you keep your proof of return receipt until you've received an email from us confirming that we have processed and refunded your account.

How long will it take to get a refund? If a refund has been requested, your credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order will automatically be refunded upon us processing your return. We strive to do this within 14 days of your returned product being received. You will be advised by email that a refund has been processed. It can then take up to five working days for your bank to credit your account. PayPal refunds normally show back in your account within two working days.
